4. Tokens and Payments

• Tokens are non-refundable once purchased
• Unused tokens do not expire unless your account is terminated
• Token prices may be adjusted with reasonable notice

5. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features:

• Free Plan: Basic features with limited quiz generation
• Paid Plans: Enhanced features including document uploads, advanced question types, and more

Subscription fees are billed according to the chosen plan cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent limitations
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without authorization

7. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for quiz generation.

Generated Content: Quizzes generated using our AI become your property, subject to our acceptable use policies.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and technology, remains our property.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI generates questions based on provided topics or documents. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Users should review and verify all generated questions
• We are not liable for incorrect information in AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NMCN Prep Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
